Program Info:

According to the Gallup Organization, only 26% of employees strongly agree that the feedback they receive helps them do better work. Unfortunately, this means most leaders and organizations are struggling to leverage their communication and feedback to drive engagement and performance. But the good news is that when employees receive the right kind of feedback from their managers, they are 3.6 times more likely to strongly agree that they are motivated to do outstanding work. In this session, we'll equip you with practical and research-based strategies you can use to send the messages that matter most to your team members.
In this session, you'll learn:
  • Communication rhythms that build high-performance teams and foster team cohesion.
  • How to deliver meaningful praise and recognition that boosts connection and engagement.
  • How to coach employees through discouragement, set-back, underperformance, and failure.
