Jason is an Executive Coach and Director of Leadership Development. He is a decorated United States Air Force Veteran, retiring from active duty in 2013 as a First Sergeant with the Air Force Special Operations Command. During his distinguished 21-year career, he served as a law enforcement officer for 15 years, specializing as a Hostage Negotiator for over a decade.
Jason delivers more than 30 years of frontline leadership experience, spanning both the government sector and a wide range of public industries. Known for his bold, results-driven approach, He specializes in unlocking human potential through leadership development, communication strategies, team building, mindset transformation, and conflict resolution. As a certified coach with the globally recognized John Maxwell Leadership Team, Jason is a passionate architect of leadership growth.
Whether he's coaching with executives, non-profit partners, or government professionals, Jason partners with his clients to dismantle limiting beliefs as they turn possibility into performance, achieving extraordinary results in both life and business.
