Now, with over 20 years of HR and leadership experience, I help employee-focused CEOs, leaders, and HR professionals create effective, employee-centered organizations. We created EarlyEngage to lift up and support small companies and people leaders to provide the "big company" style engagement solutions small businesses didn't think they could afford.

One thing I know: A creative, personalized solution is always the most effective.

Outside of work, you’ll find me: Dreaming of my next travel adventure with my family and playing with my two adorable miniature schnauzers Beau and Daisy."
