  Kevin Cartwright, SHRM-SCP

  Kevin Cartwright is a Compensation Analyst at Intelligent Compensation, LLC. Mr. Cartwright has 3 years of diversified experience in compensation and total rewards, and strategic/business planning. While covering a wide range of industries, Kevin Cartwright provides guidance for both for-profit companies as well as non-profit organizations across the country, including business associations, charities, foundations, trade and membership associations and credit unions.

  

  In our October 24^th Lubbock SHRM meeting, Kevin Cartwright will provide a presentation to discuss how implementing a competitive internal pay structure can positively benefit an organization’s ability to attract and retain talent. This is one the most challenging issues that every organization struggles with. This presentation will lay out the various steps that go into developing a competitive pay structure and discuss how each step plays an important role in establishing a more competitive organizational culture designed to limit turnover and improve retention.
