HR leaders are often handed the aftermath.
Inconsistent performance.
Avoidable conflict.
Manager fatigue.
Culture instability.
By the time it reaches HR, the issue has usually been building for months.
In this interactive 90-minute session, Julie helps us learn the power of examining the recurring communication patterns and leadership behaviors that quietly allow people problems to compound and disrupt execution.
Grounded in current research on trust in leadership, psychological safety, and manager overload, this workshop emphasizes prevention over reaction.
OUR GOAL...
is to help you leave equipped to influence culture at its source by addressing the communication habits that quietly shape performance, trust, and retention.

Speaker Bio:
Julie is a speaker, consultant, and coach for businesses and school districts that want to increase their ability to make an impact. Helping organizations reach goals as teams, increase success, and create cultures that help people thrive is her mission. There is no space she hasn't worked in, from hospitals to fast food and small schools to large corporations. She loves bringing teams together for inspiration and team-building. The tie that binds them all is people. People are her passion. She has a Masters in Executive Coaching & Consulting and a heart for helping others reach their potential. She spent thirteen years in the classroom as a high school speech and debate coach, molding young leaders into confident world changers. Her methods of running a nationally recognized program were simple, she focused on connecting through effective communication, relationship building, goal setting, and creating confidence. It worked. It worked EVERY SINGLE TIME with people from all walks of life. Take the words of former student James Mayville, "The impact she has had in my life reaches beyond our time together in the classroom prepping for debate rounds. Her positivity and guidance has given me tools for life that created an advantage in almost every aspect of my academic, personal, and professional life. She knows how to inspire, build on strengths, and navigate struggle. Because of Julie Schniers, I have hope, passion, and direction." Inspiring others to make people the priority is her greatest passion.
