Program Info:

There are 3 Key Components to building a bold culture and reclaiming success in a post-COVID business world. Now, more than ever, we are competing to attract and retain top talent. This is accomplished primarily through the culture of work we provide people. In building a culture, the 3 Key Components are Alignment, Workflow, and Feedback. When we create the right alignment with the core values of our workplace, we can predict the behaviors as well as the outcomes our people will achieve in business.
