Posting to the Lubbock SHRM (LSHRM) Job Board is a free service for active Lubbock SHRM members, and only $30 for non-members! To post a job, please submit a job  description in Word format attached to the email. All submissions must be approved by a Lubbock SHRM representative before they will be posted.

Instructional Design Student (Amarillo or Frisco, TX)

 The Instructional Design Student will create learning content including videos, job aids and other learning resources to support architecture and engineering sectors. Works under the supervision of the Learning and Development Manager and Director of Project Delivery.  Partners with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and collaborates with team members to meet operational goals.

Employee Relations Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, performs Human Resources projects related to work with managers and department directors on employee relations issues and provide consultation and instruction. Review reprimands and PIPs and consult with managers and directors regarding personnel issues. Under the supervision of the Director, this position would conduct investigations, respond to complaints, and respond to appeals. This position would also meet with employees regarding grievances or concerns and will work with the director to oversee the development and implementation of personnel policies including coordination with other directors and attorneys.
