Director/VP of Human Resources

The HR Director/VP will be responsible for leading and directing all Human Resource functions while interfacing with employees, managers, and stakeholders. The HR Director/VP will serve as a business partner and will work collaboratively as a strategic thinker but will also be very hands-on to provide a broad range of support across the organization. Reporting to the CEO, this position will assist with the people strategy from scratch in a hypergrowth environment. An emphasis on recruitment and talent development, as well as “nuts and bolt” Human Resource management. In addition, the HR Director/VP will improve, design, and implement new and/or enhanced HR policies and procedures, as well as facilitate the resolution of employee issues and disciplinary matters.. This position is expected to coach and counsel regarding the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws with all iCEV personnel.

Employee Relations Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, performs Human Resources projects related to work with managers and department directors on employee relations issues and provide consultation and instruction.
