All memberships are granted to the individual, not the organization they are associated with, as such, succession to or transfer of membership is not permissible. The purpose of the Lubbock Chapter of SHRM is to promote education and net-working to expand the body of knowledge of human resource professionals. The organization is not intended as a vehicle to promote any business or to provide contacts for the solicitation of business. Local membership begins January 1st and continues until December 31st each year. Memberships must be renewed each calendar year.
